Longway Planetarium, located on the grounds of the Flint Cultural Center Campus and the largest planetarim in the State of Michigan, presents two Space-Soaring Shows.

A jungle adventurer uses a magical camera to take visitors on an exciting safari through the Solar System. Explore the characteristics of planets, and see what became of Pluto, now a dwarf planet.

Destination Moon

Developed by the Houston Museum of Natural Science, Destination Moon is a classic show that depicts the triumphs of the Apollo Mission, knowledge gained from scientific studies, and visions for possible future human lunar exploration. Relive the excitement of these great voyages or share them with your children and inspire them to reach for the stars!
